An Argentinian journalist, producer, crochet doll designer and author who brings together children’s literature and yarn through lovely crochet patterns. In this interview, we celebrate her work, explore with her the links between reading and crafting and, of course, her love for Beatrix Potter’s characters.

This article explores how the daughter’s perspective in Abyss shapes ideas of femininity and motherhood. Through the memories of a girl growing up in 1980s Cali, it examines how observing her mother’s struggles influences the daughter’s understanding of gender roles and maternal expectations.
